“ Jo's Diner and Pizzeria is the cutest, quaint, and unique little spot. This was my first time in years crossing the border to explore, and my spouse wanted to indulge in one of his favorite places. So, Jo's we chose. My spouse used to routinely visit this place as a teenager and swore they had the best pizza in town, and boy, he wasn't wrong. To start, we ordered garlic & cheese bread. The marinara it came with tasted fresh. The garlic and cheese bread was the perfect amount of crisp and cheesy, just the way I like it. Next, we received our pizza. I was actually surprised by the size of the sausage pieces on our pizza. In most places we've ordered from in the past, it's usually small. But this place? No skimming in the toppings department! It was so delicious. From the cheese to the crust, it was so good. This was the best pizza I've had in a long, long time. What made our experience even more enjoyable was our lovely hostess/server. She was incredibly professional and very warm. I liked the service a lot. We didn't wait long (and even if we had to, I wouldn't have minded one bit). The decor and atmosphere added a very nice touch to our pizza date experience. My personal favorite was spotting the SpongeBob SquarePants items in the fish tank. I absolutely loved dining here, and we will definitely be back. I would recommend checking out this spot when you're passing through! ”
“ Delicious and great service. We stopped at the last minute when the restaurant we intended was not open. Saw haddock pizza which we have never seen before and ordered a small one to try alone with a 14" loaded pizza. Even though they were busy in the restaurant and via phone, the people were friendly and answered our curiosity about the haddock pizza and we got both pizzas in reasonable time. The haddock pizza was wonderful, even our friend who didn't want to try it was surprised how good it was. The loaded pizza was just as good. The atmosphere was light and what we like about small towns. ”
“ Visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Typical order at counter and the food gets delivered to your table system. Place was about 40% full and well staffed. Food quality was very good and the value for the was excellent. For us this is a one off visit due to the distance , but I could see this place having a dedicated bunch of regulars. ”
